How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a contact or consultation form on our website, email or call us, message us on social media, meet with us, or make a booking. We may also receive information from your venue, planner or other suppliers involved in your event when that is needed to deliver our services.

We love to photograph our work. We may take photos of the florals and styling at your event and use them in our portfolio, website and social media. We aim to feature the design rather than guests. If you would prefer we do not share images from your event, or if you would like an image removed, just let us know.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using reputable, secure service providers and limiting access to people who need it. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
Accessing and correcting your information
